The Inn boasts a 2500-bottle wine cellar which includes a sampling from every wine producer on Long Island and Tom Schaudel’s own Reserve wines. We feature domestic wines from New York and California as well, and selected wines from the rest of the world. Twenty wines will be
offered by the glass.
