Award-winning chef Tom Schaudel is offering the finest local seasonal cuisine and exceptional service in a remarkable setting. Savor our chef’s masterpieces in meticulously restored rooms surrounded by works of art from famous North Fork artists.
In addition to a la carte dining choices, Tom and chef de cuisine Michael Ross are offering a six or eight-course chef’s tastings. Menus will vary often to reflect the best ingredients available from local producers and our own vegetable garden. We are currently closed on Mondays and starting January 1st we will be closed on Tuesdays as well.
