Executive chef Steven Lewis is offering the finest local seasonal cuisine and exceptional service in a remarkable setting. Savor our chef’s masterpieces in meticulously restored rooms surrounded by works of art from famous North Fork artists.
In addition to a la carte dining choices, Chef Lewis will offer a 6 course chef’s tasting menu. Menus will vary often to reflect the best ingredients available from local producers and our own vegetable garden.
