James Beard Awards Dinner

Keith Luce is among The James Beard award winners cooking for the guests at The James Beard Foundation’s Gala Awards Dinner and Silver Anniversary on May 7th.  “In honor of James Beard’s Pacific Northwest heritage, we are using licorice fern root to glaze local duck confit that will be will be served as an element on my appetizer.”

The Empire State Building glows orange and yellow for JBF.
