Luce & Hawkins Participates In The Summer Of Riesling

Luce & Hawkins at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn is particpating in the 2011 “Summer of Riesling.”

Luce & HawkinsPaul Grieco of Hearth Restaurant and Terroir wine bar in New York City has independently signed up over 150 restaurants and wine bars across the country to participate in the “Summer of Riesling.” “Summer of Riesling” is an expression and sharing of the love for this great wine variety. As Paul says, “I want all ships to rise with the tide, so long as that tide is composed of Riesling.”

┬áLuce & Hawkins was asked to participate to support and show a great love for this amazing food-friendly, complex and noble variety. From June 21st through September 22nd, they we will pour two German and two New York State Rieslings by the glass. We will offer it as a flight so you may see the many faces and terroir, or “sense of place”, that this great varietal offers when shown side-by-side. The flights feature:
