Jedediah Hawkins Inn is thrilled to announce that Keith Luce will be the new Executive Chef this spring.

Luce is coming from the Herbfarm outside Seattle, Washington. Under Luce’s direction as Executive Chef, the restaurant won National Geographic’s award for #1 Destination Restaurant in the World. After 20 years honing his craft at some of the world’s finest restaurants, including four years at Clinton’s White House, Luce is returning to his hometown of Jamesport. He is looking forward to coming back to his roots & his family, descendants of the original settlers of the area.
